Does anyone have a clue what the Reason code USER Reason no 11 is? Everytime I try to open the music player program it closes it and gives the above message.Cheers.

not sure what the code actually means, but try deleting some of your sounds, back them up first. And test it first by taking you memory stick out and trying to open it, then you will know wether the problem lies on the memory stick or internally.
This has never happened to me though, but it may work...
Let us know what happens.
