> beaming photos from t616 to a zire71 via IR

do i just beam the photo to my palm or do i need special software? i tried beaming it with the palm on and it didnt work i also tried doing it with the photo app on the palm on, didnt work either. any suggestions?

Send photos to the computer at first. Then pick them to Palm's photoprogram and then hotsync them to ZIRE.

cant you just send it via ir from you t610 and just algin the ir ports.i have a tungsten t2 and have just tested this method and it worked fine for me

i tried just lining it up and it didnt work. my t616 returns with "no device found." and i have IR recieve on my palm on.
i cant send the pictures from the phone to my computer... no bluetooth support and using email via at&t mMode is a little much.

thats odd as with my t2 all i do is pick the option from my t610 send pic via ir.then algin the ir on the top of the t610 with the top of the t2 and it goes every time.
maybe there are differences between the 2 machines.you havent moved the photo app on the palm to with card have you so free up system memory if you have that could be a reason why
