I tried searching with this subject, but I see no similarity with my problem.
Sometimes when I try playing the message alert tone (pressing the trumpet) with my wave file, the sound somehow distorts (plays the sound with a cracking sound), which is not right. This is strange, because sometimes when I press the trumpet, the sound plays without distortion. Looking back, I already editted the wave file via Sound Forge, without it clipping in the volume db level.
Even the default wave/midi files included in the 2nd CD also distort, sometimes not.
Anyone had this similar problem?
