I’ve got a bit fed up of searching around sites now for the shadows for the branded Vodafone T610, that has different icons than the original T610. Maybe there aren’t any shadows yet made for it, but I’m just wondering if anyone has these shadows for the Vodafone branded T610?

If so please could you post them here, Thank You!

sorry i thought i put it down, well i ment the icon shadows on the desktop, there not always shadows there sometimes highlighted, or shadows that make them stand out!

ones like these, but for the vodafone branded phone, as the icons are different the shadows would also be different.

your pic is not loading for me, however the answer to your question is that the template for any branded sw has not been done, simply because the theme creator tools are based on original

icons and no themes loaded on the phones have icons preset..... in other words nobody has succeeded in getting the icons coppied off the phone.

Try making themes without icons, they will work on all phones, branded or not, and the only thing you'll miss is a bit of a highlight and/or shadow around your icons, not a very big deal imho and definitely better than those annoying black bits around your own icons

you're welcome....

I suppose the only way to get the icons copied would be to take a picture with an extrenal camera.... but how does one get the dimensions right??

probably the only way, i did think of something like that, except had to think of the same think you did which was the dimensions, i might give it a go one day if i ever feel that eager to get them shadows.

well, mine used to be a voda branded t610... i think i remembered that when an icon is highlighted, there doesn't seem to be any shadows, unlike the original software/icons. anyway, i flashed my t610 to the original software by Nick from MobileXchange.
try searching the forum if u wanna do it.

my phone is a t-mobile. it also has menu icons that are for t-mobile and not the original ones from SE. can i change back the icons of my phone to its original SE icons? can this be done by upgrading the firmware? thanks.
