I just got my P900 today, and I am trying to configure WAP, MMS and email using configurator on SE support website. I think I did everything I should, but I am not getting SMS from SE. Does it take time before I get it?
I am on T-mobile US.

Please help.

My SMS's have taken between 10 minutes, and 3 hours... best just leave it a while and see what happens. If you dont get the you can always requiest them again.

as for MMS settings on T-Mobile USm I found this on my search for my Orange settings...

T-Mobile USA (MMS Settings)

APN: wap.voicestream.com
User ID & Password: not required
WAP Gateway IP: 216.155.165.50
MMS Server URL: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms

I have waited for more than 6 hours now, and tried about 10 times, but my phone is not downloading the configuration. What should I do?
I tested SMS feature on my phone, and it works fine.
Is there something wrong with SE server? or it's my phone?
In the configurator, I typed in my phone number as "+1917*******".
Did I do anything wrong here?

Go to your Control Panel Page/Messaging account/SMS tab/
Check the following:
SMS Service center address: +12063130004
Character set: 7 bit
Messages stored for: Maximum
Connection type: GPRS preferred

These are the settings I have on my P900 and it only takes abt 3-10 secs to send a sms.

Hoon...

I have T-Mobile in San Francisco, California. I tried 10-15 times trying to send myself the configurator from SE, but it never arrives. I talked to both SE and T-Mobile, they tried to send that to me, yet I never get them.

I have no problem sending/receiving SMS. So, I have no idea what the problem is here.

Did you ever get it?? I just gave up and I never get MMS to work either.

What a pain. T-Mobile is useless as they told me they do not support the P900.
