yes, ebay is a dodgy place and yes, you need to read the words carefully to be sure about what you are getting for your money
we have also had people posting the link to the websites for 20 pound phones here on Esato but we have removed them all

It costs more than £20 to make a phone, let alone a p900, there is no way this person can make a profit. So this person must be losing money doing this. How many people would lose money to give you a handset for £20?
88% of people lose out in a pyramid scheme. They will try to make it seem like it is a different shape but really its a pyramid.

Scambusters ain't gonna do much. They should get arrested by Cardiff police, who also have to deal with drunks on the weekend, drunks dressed as superman, people who fall over in a cubicle and spill mayonase on themselves. Also Flashers on buses who pull their kegs down, and nutters who kick car doors for no apparant reason.
Do you know cardiff night goers spend twice the national amount on alcohol.
