Step 1: Read your MANUAL!!!!!!!!
There's a big chapter on how to connect your phone to your PC and transfer things over.

Then I recommend reading again. And start at the front, where it details "Installing the Docking station and installing your software".

Come on Gaz, we like to help if its a problem which can't be resolved by looking in the manual. But it'll take half an hour to write everything up when its all already done in the manual. If there is a part you don't understand then we can help. Please don't ask us to re -nvent the wheel.
Sorry just read your new post. There should be an icon on the desktop which is P900. Double click on it and it will open up to show an explorer of the P900. It gives you choice of memory stick ort phone memory. All you really do is treat it like a normal windows window and drag and drop items into the correct files. Eg, music video from your hard drive, copy this, then click on p900 through to memory stick, then click thorugh the directory to videos and then paste.

Double click the P900 icon on your desktop
You will then have MEMORY STICK memory and PHONE memory double click on one of these and you will find 5 folders AUDIO VIDEO OTHER etc etc
Drag and drop your mp3 from your desktop into AUDIO and your film from your desktop into VIDEO
After this your on your own

If you can back up and sync then you should be able to transfer files be more specific why you can't do give more detail of how you have tried and what has (if anything) has gone wrong etc etc the more detail the better then people may be able to help you

Is there anyway to send data via bluetooth, direct to the Memory Stick, and not Phone memory? I looked in the manual, couldn't figure it out..
