> P900 backup and resore problems

I just bought a P900. However am having problems synchronizing the PDA with my PC. And when I open the backup and restore application on my PC I get as response on my PC screen "device is busy, try later".
What can I do to correct this problem?
I appreciate your response.

Try this:
1. Plug the Cradle into a different USB port
2. Reboot
3. Try now
