i want to buy an T39M .. but some of them have a orange or other sticker on the flip .. can i remove that without damaging the flip?

That phone in the link has Vodafone so just get one without Vodafone and you won't get the sticker.
Edit: And if you do want Vodafone I don't think it'll be much of a problem. Just be patient and don't use any sharp objects to scrape it off

Gameshop use those kind of stickers to mark their games. I bought a game from them and didn't want the sticker so I scraped it off with my nails. After some time (those stickers can be a real pain in the ass), I managed to get all of it away without a scratch on the game.
