I have a t68 and a IR on a PC how can i send ringtones and themes to the phone?

What software do i need?

Hmm, I don't know specifically about IR (as I use bluetooth), but this site has links to a lot of stuff that might be helpful.

Download the mobile phone monitor and get that working first if you don't already have it.
