> P800 voice calls problem

I went to use my P800 today and noticed that every time I initiate a voice call, it will take several seconds for the speaker to kick in and actually allow the call to come through. Then any sounds I do hear are very crackly.
Also the startup videos seem to get garbled and wav ringtones/message alerts also.
This has only started today but I don't think it can be a good sign.
Any ideas?

I can only suggest the obvious, but just in case you fail to consider it... how about a refomat of the phone...
Can't do much harm so long as you back up first...
