> Trip to Taiwan, and the DBtel M8

I am off to Taiwan in a weeks time, willb e staying with a friend for a couple of months. Really looking forward to it, and of course the variety of mobile phones I will find there.
Can any of you give me the best places for mobile shops in Taiwan? I heard the prices there are really good (beter than hong kong)? Also Ia m thinking of taking my P900 and maybe trading it in for some else, do they do this in Taiwan , as I have done it a few times in Hong Kong.
Do any of you know when the DBTEL M8 will be getting released in Taiwan? Hopefully the next couple of months, then I could get one?

btw, dbtel m8 has long been released in taiwan, since the latter is the former's home country. please, as you get there, inform me of the price of m8, many m8 fans are waiting for its global release and its price.

Are you sure its been released in Taiwan? None of the Taiwanese websites have ever shown any stock to my knowledge?

Sorry but this phone is not released anywhere in the world yet. Even Taiwan. Wapzon.com,eprice and all the other asian websites have all the details but have not had any in stock yet. Wapzon e-mailed me yesterday saying 2Q 2004

anyways, if dbtel wont release that phone as early as now, it would definitely be left behind soon, what if SE or Nokia or samsung releases a model like m8?
tignan mo... yung features nila... sa ngayon are astounding, ok na ok kung ire release nila ngayon ang m8, tyak na marami ang bibili... eh kung ire release nila yan na may kasabayan na ng SE or Nokia, samsung, motorola... edi matatalo pa sila ng mga mas kilalang brands na toh? i think their marketing officer aint doing good enough. besides, i heard samsung will soon release a phone with television, and do you think i'd choose m8 between them? i'd rather go for samsung... i'm tired na of waiting for m8, and their sales rep never have a time to reply to queries.
