> t39 and problem

Todat I upgraded my t39m to the last rlease may be r4a.
Immediatly it freeze up, when go around the menus.
I tried to do a master reset but it frezeed up!
I tried to cancel the data accounts and also it frezeed.
So please help me.
I read a lot of posts but I didn' t find a solution.

strange, this didn't happen to my phone when I upgraded to R4A. Different phones react differently to the software version?
