I have a 3Com PC Bluetooth USB adapter. It sync'ed ok to my T68i, but the icon on the 3Com Connections Manager shows a question mark on a nondescript device, but the so called "friendly label" on it is: T68i.

The question mark on the icon shows that something is not configured/connected/set properly. Can anyone please offer advice?

3Com's site doesn't allow us to send emails in to ask questions.

I tried sending pics from the PC via the 3Com PC USB Bluetooth adapter to my T68i and the pics were sent quickly and without incident. But when I try to send a picture FROM the T68i to my PC, T68i's screens has a pop up dialog box that says: device not found (which means, to me, that the T68i did NOT find my PC, to which my 3Com PC Bluetooth USB adapter is connected).

Why does this work uni-directionally only? I thought for sure, it should work bi-directionally. Also, the question mark in the T68i icon on the Connections Manager on my PC (the Connections Manager came with the 3Com) clearly indicates that something is not set or connected or configured properly.

Please help! My direct email is: eieio@nyc.rr.com

did you try to contact 3Com before ordering the TDK? the TDK is more expensive, and there probably is a way to "fix" this 3Com problem. don't you think?

i don't know how to email 3Com and get an answer, since their site doesn't give a tech email address. what a horrible company! i'm going to very very careful the next time i buy anything from them. most companies have an email that you can send tech questions to.

anyone with a good suggestion to "fix" the 3Com USB PC Bluetooth adapter?
