Hi guys,

wondering if you could help me.

When i try to open a mms message i get the following "retrieving message failed".

I've been sent picture meaasges before and have had no problem opening them, can somone explain why i am getting this message?

I often got that message when i was using gprs. I have the option to download mms automatic set to on but if you are online it cant download the mms automatic. This message was posted from a WAP device

You sure you have the settings right and have subscribed to gprs and mms? This message was posted from a T300
