I was just fooling around with my T300 and laptop and just transferred mư whole phonebook to the comp. What software do I need to view these contacts?

a text editor (notepad etc) will do it as its just a text file
you can also import them into outlook and outlook express

Can the T300 sync with Outlook Express, instead of sending the whole batch everytime? If so, like, how?

It is not possible to syncrhronize with the T300.
If you import the .vcf file into Outlook, you will only see the first entry. With Outlook Express, you can get all the individual entries as long as you keep closing the contact being shown.
