lol, was reading that and the only thing I could think of was price!

Well, if you need something that is a PDA/phone, then the p900 is the way forward. But if you dont need the PDA functions, then there are alot of phones out there with camera/bluetooth/colour screen...

Maybe you should try one? go into a store and ask? might help you make up your mind.

thanka

i should hav put that point at the begining

well as u said if i dont use the pda part then think again, i would use the calander/orgeniser but that it

im only 15 so im not a 'business' person but the thing i like about the p900 is the 'real' internet and not wap

are there any other phones out that provide the 'real' internet?

For me buying phones is hard. But the reason i didnt buy the P900 is i felt very happy with my P800. Next reason is i saw Sendo Making the Sendo X which is looking good. But i have yet put down that phone because the recent leak of T650 Info or whatever its supposed to be. In other words i want the top of the top and when its brand spanking new.

Well, I wouldn't say you had to be a businessman to own a p900, i'm definately not. In fact, when i say PDA functions, i mean would you be wanting to use the whole host of 3rd part apps available. Do you want something with touchscreen entry?

The p900 is everything, and it's perfect for me. BUt all i can say is go and try it out.

Well for me it was a flip of the coin to either geting the Nokia 6600 or the SE P900. As I wanted a different brand of phone for once, I chose the P900. But if I just wanted a phone phone I would have got the 6600. The touchscreen was too enviting

If you want another phone u should look at the SPV series on Orange.

The SPV E200 has Internet Explorer and the new Mobile 2003 OS. Not my choice of phones (i love my Symbian P900!) but i have had one through work for a while and was quietly impressed.

They are a lot more affordable than the P900 aswell. The main difference between it and the P900 is that the latter is an open source OS ( i think!) whereas the SPV is run by Microsoft!

But its really the only proper alternative i could think of instead of a P900!

My advice is however, go with the P900 - its the king of all phones!!!:D

Best of luck anyway
