T630. That way you have a smaller (but still feature packed) phone for when u go out, or don't want to carry the heavier phone around.
I have my old T39m lying about (does tri-band and bluetooth) when I have to go to countries with dodgy customs officers (that really hassle you about equipment). It looks pretty old so they don't bother me
