I just bought Camcoder...receive a reg key by e-mail(some 5 digit nomber) but I'm continuously getting a message - invalid key!!
Can someone please help me?

Email them back with your problem, since we can't give you a new key. I think they only want the first 15 numbers of your IMEI and not the last 2. Would be cool if we could give you a new code though. *moahaha*

Maybe that caused problem?
I just sent an e-mail to customer support but I don't know if there be any replies.
Do you have some ideas?

this is a problem that quite a few people experienced when camcoder became available and as I recall handango (for example) issued new keys.
its unlikely anyone here can you help so you will have to be patient or try to contact the place you bought it again
