Heres the best i found so far,found it last summer actually,and then i made a theme from a pic of the same location recently,not taken from the webcam.It refreshes at about every 30 seconds

Ps,this works quite well on a t610,was thinking of linking it on my site for wappers,is this what they call hotlinking and is it illegal to do so without asking for some sort of permission?
