I would like 2 ask how 2 connecting internet using t310 via IR?
What kind of software i need?

U only need a ir modem driver for t310. It can be downloaded on SE website. If u want to set up the dial-up connection through wizard download DIAL-UP WIZARD from SE website. Works fine on my t300.

i made a connection to my T310 with dial up wizard and am being able to connect to the internet via IR. but my speed between my phone and pc(win98) is only 9600bps. if i try to increase the speed from 57.6kbps inthe options menu the IRDA gets disconnected. could someone help me out

Unfortunately the IR slows down the internet speed with both t 300 and z 600 on either win 98 or xp. I use a data cable on serial port modem with gprs Vodafone Connect Me and have up to 49 kbs speed. God bless

My connect speed is 112.5kbps between my T300 or Z600 and Sigmatel Y160 IR dongle. And my download speed is at 6-7kB/s
