> HELP! P900 not recognising memorystick
Bookmark topic
after a lengthy initial charge of the battery, i started downloading apps, mp3 and videos onto my P900.
i wiped out the battery on the first day playing with all the features, have recharged it today and when i switched it on, it took a very long time to boot up, and everything i saved has disappeared.
ive clicked on control panel, and storage manager, and my memeory stick isnt on the list.
the memory stick folder is also mising when i synch the P900 to my PC.
any ideas as whats happened to my memeory stick?

Did you use a MS reader / writer on an XP machine to write all the MP3s etc to the Duo?

i double-clicked the software that i wanted transfering to the phone.
it was all working fine yesterday.
its only sice recharging and turning back on that everything has gone really slow, and there is no recognition of the memory stick.

The reason I asked about the MS readere/writer is that this a common problem with XP in that it can corrupt the file directory data.
Hmm...I think your best option is to back-up your c: drive and then re-format it and then restore and see if it behaves again. If not then I suggest you upgrade the firmware.
