I have tried them both and they are both great servers. If you want to have a forum you have to use tripod but freewebs is faster and dont have any banners or adds.

@djpowelly On my search I did found a site with "free" web and wap hosting, but you pay registranion fee of 1000,-Sk (about 27$) and then nothing. Check it under

@boyi I tried the 250free.com, but it says something like my country, state is not allowing to make a free hosting on it. So I choosed freewebs.com.
