Could someone please either email me, or point me to where I could get the Muslim athan sound in midi format? I know it's included with the S&W Prayer application...

Google may prove useful. I remember that I found quite a few sites with religious midi content while trying to find a melody for a friend of mine. They were all Christian, though. Hope you will be able to find what you are looking for. This message was posted from a T310

I tried it already, but without luck. I was hoping that someone with that software (S&W Prayer Time) would be able to extract that midi file and send it to me..Thanks for the tip anyways..

I have created several Athans if you are interested. I have S&W as well as another program. I have created the Athan, with Yusef Islam and Husary. Please let me know if you are interested and I can send them to you. Both are either .wav or .mp3. Midi will not work.

Midi will work if you just rename it to midi...I actually renamed an .imy file to .wav and it worked fine.
I have various athan sounds in human voice, but I wanted also the midi file..

I am now completely confused as to what you want. Are you saying you want human voices in a MIDI format? I am not an expert, but I did not know that MIDI could play human voices, but rather several layers of instruments. If this is the case, I only have .wav and .mp3 files. Also, the S&W program only has one Athan and this is from Saudi Arabia.

Thanks everyone, I found what I wanted..
Midi files cannot play human voice as far as I know. I wanted the 'music sound' of the athan, that was included with S&W Prayer Time version 2.0, and that only had the midi file and no wavs..unless they updated it.
I installed the trial version, and got the file that way!
