I still cant get it to stop closing selected programs! When activating the flipclose flush, it closes everything! How do I flush all programs without the programs I want it to run?!

Take a new snapshot when you have the programs you want open, opened. This should help and yes it's still the cam button. The manual covers most problems. Hope you read it, I know I haven't.
