i signed a contract with o2 and get a p800 3 month ago, but the firmware version is r2a, so i can't view the photos and films in full-screen, i heard new version r2f has this function, could anyone tell me where the customer care centre is in london? i live in e14. could i get my p800 update for free? are there any risks to upgrade the firmware, such as unstable of the phone?
