Anybody still having problems logging in to O2 UK's Wap/messaging/email function on http://wap.o2.co.uk ?

For weeks I've been getting 'Login Failed' every time I try to get at mine. I've just phoned them and they're blaming me! First they want to send me some WAP connection settings which I've already got and which work perfectly on other WAP sites. Then they want me to take the phone into an O2 shop for 'Technicians' to sort it out. I've only ever seen spotty youths in O2 shops so where are all these technicians?

Anyway, They refuse to admit that the problem is at their end. so if anybody else has this problem, please let me know it's not just me.

P.S. The customer service email function on the main UK O2 website is not working due to 'Technical difficulties', so don't bother with that.

@hogemeister

Probably because I'm a bit unsure what 'O2 Active' is.
Look I've got a 'Mobile Web' connection, a GPRS WAP connection and a WAP GSM connection.

I'm talking about using the P900 internal Internet browser (which is wap capable), the GPRS WAP connection and the O2 Mobile (WAP) website at http://wap.o2.co.uk.

Where does O2 'Active' fit in with this?

@hoge

Right, got you. Yes it's the my home page on the P900 internal browser.

This is the site/links I use:

http://wap.o2.co.uk then Messaging then O2 Mail.

I set it to log in automatically when I first was able to use it properly (about 4 weeks ago). Anyway I ALWAYS get this 'Login Failed' and 'Accept' messages now when I try to get in.
