hi
i backed up my phone just before updating the new firmware on my orange branded p900 and after restoring it all the files i had deleted like messages to get up the storage are gone when i look for them but in the storage manager it says im using the space still
what can i do what have i done wrong?
the nice new big clock is the only difference i can tell so far but we will see!

will that delete my settings as i think it has something to do with the files i deleted but didnt backup after as i forgot?

sorry, i am not 100% sure what your problem is? did you delete these files before you did your firmware upgrade.
the process i mentioned previously will wipe all your settings but just do a restore afterwards.
alternitivly have you tried the SE online recovery mode?

what happened is...
i backed up my phone
i was messing around with my phone as it kept saying memory low
so i deleted loads of messages and moved some pics to my memory card etc
then it said do you want to back up but i was like no i already did that
then i upgraded my firmware
then i restored to previous backup and then realised i had changed stuff without backing up again (i no!)
now it is saying memory low and when i check my storage manager it says messages are taking up like 2mb but there are no messages to be seen no inbox out sent or draft as i deleted them all
whats going on what can i do?
