Have a look at
www.trafcam.com - they are close to releasing a Speed Camera application that is linked to BT GPS unit. Now a dedicated Speed Camera device can be as much as GBP450 while this P900 based option could be as low GBP250 in the first year. What do think?

I will look at Argos later today. However I would be surprised if their product has GPS and allows downloading of new data via the internet.
Edit: Had a look at Argos.co.uk and they only have radar detector for GBP100; the location systems that warn of fixed and mobile speed cameras are about GBP400
