I have used Nero Recode 2 digital to create an mp4 clip. It will not play on my P900. Files created with PVAuthor (3gp) work fine.
Clips created on the phone as mp4 video have extention mp4 but seem to be 3gp file spec. So in short, can I play standard Nero mp4 on P900 ?

I am sorry, am I missing something here ? Did I offend someone ? I asked for help and perhaps I didn't say please, but I an answer, yes, you could do whay you want, but we won't tell yell you. Maybe I am in a wrong forum or I am too newbie for this one but all which was needed was to tell me without cryptic comments and sarcastic footnotes.

Just in case you're still waiting for a response...
I haven't found a way to get Nero Recode 2 to produce a 3gp file, but you can use Nokia's Multimedia Converter 2.0 to convert the mp4 file that Recode produces into a 3gp file that plays back just fine on the P900. You can download the Nokia program from Forum Nokia free of charge.
