FINALLY, after many many months of waiting, my p900 arrived today! Got it for £69.99 from onestopphoneshop on the Orange YP400 tariff.
WOW. What an improvement over the old p800. It's like going from driving a Fiesta to a Mondeo.
Anyways, I'm a p900 "newbie", so I have some questions-if anyone can help me, i'd appreciate it. (have used the search, but still got a few...)
Does anyone have much experience with mp3 editors? I did download one, but it was really hard to use. I have a superb ghostbusters mp3, but it needs the start trimmed off so that it works better as a ringtone... anyone?
Also, I know this has been discussed, but has anyone RECENTLY tried downgrading on orange within first four months? And what happened in terms of charging etc?
Any guesses as to the going rate for a 6month old p800 with 128mb card? Average condition.
Cheers guys, I'm in the p900 club now!

Do u guys not think it is a bit lame just getting a phone at a very expensive contract and downgrading it to a contract that you can afford ? Personally, I don't think it is right... although the company does allow that... It is kinda like you guys can't actually afford the phone but got a way around to getting it by paying expensively for 3 months and paying less later... it is like trying to buy a ferrari but downgrading the engine to a diseal so that you can afford to drive it... It isn't morally right

@mruk yeah, good point. but there are still differences.
@AceCobra1 also, good point. but a lot of people out there disagree with overpriced electronics. Bully for you if you have money, but some of us would rather not get shafted up the ass by phone companies.

@ acecobra- couldn't disagree more!! Are you saying you wouldn't do exactly the same thing given the chance?? It isn't illegal, so what's the problem??

Congratulations,
I have had my P900 for a couple of weeks now, and it's the best phone I've ever had.
BTW, I edit MP3s using SoundForge program intalled in my PC.
Enjoy!
