What happened to T68.INFO?? (sorry, it's been a while!)

Anyway, after searching the archives I cannot find the answer to this question.
On t68.info there was a link to someone who produced some software to allow you to use bluetooth to SMS from your PC. i have since upgraded my PC and foolishly lost the application.

Does anyone know the whereabouts of this or a similar app that will do the trick. i was trying to avoid paying 10p per text through an online provider.
