Hello

I got given a T610 that was on a Orange UK network contract and i was told that the contract wasn't paid. I have put in a sim card from 5 UK networks including Orange and it came up with the same message every time - Insert Sim Card.

I went into the service menu and got this from the SIMlock menu

network: closed padlock 0
network subset: closed padlock 0
service provider: closed padlock 0
Corporate: closed padlock 0

Does this mean the phone is blocked??

Thanks for any help

So they blocked the IMEI.U can try and go to a service center for an update of the soft.Luckly it'll over-ride the operator soft and ..simlock.

Yes, it does work. Wish you had specified where you'd be using it, but it can work for the US, as T-Mobile has been using this phone for a while. (I don't know why, in the US, the T616 would be more practical).

Yes, it will work outside of the US. However, will it? No, since the padlocks are closed. Sorry.
