> Can't Update my Firmware

I've searched the forum and I've found other people asking my question, but no answers.
I'm trying to update, and I've closed everything, disabled Norton, etc. but I always get
"The SyncStation is being used by another application.
Please close applications that may be using it."
Any Ideas?
And I've read through all ten pages on the firmware updates.

Simple; Use another computer. That fix usually works close to 100% of the time.. Without knowing all the apps and hardware installed on your pc it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.
