If anyone is intested I am selling my P800 for £85.00. It comes with all the usual stuff in a box, extra styli, HF kit, manuals etc etc. It is Orange branded but is unlocked to all networks.
It has the usual cosmetic marks as it has been my trusty phone for over a year now - just upgraded to a P900. It still works perfectly and can be used fully or just for parts.

It does have a small problem however - if someone can help me with it I would be most appreciative!

The phone no longer seems to charge. It is not the charger coz Ive checked that. When the charger is plugged into it it duznt animate the battery icon as if it were charging. However - It does charge slightly! The battery will increase about 1% per 15mins! but will then drop down quite significantly after its been used. Its like as if the recharge circuit in the phone no longer works. However - I have been using a separate desktop charger that charges the battery separate to the unit. This works fine - its just a nuicance. I will include the desktop charger also in the price if anyone is interested.
Other than that it seems to operate perfectly.

I will sell the item alone for £85 -- OR --

the P800,
a 32MB mem stick duo,
a travel extra light charger with indicator LEDs,
two batteries,
and the charging cradle

all for £100. This way you can charge one battery and use one at the same time. Just have to swap batteries over every 2 -3 days (depending on usage).

BTW - also got a P900 for sale for £375 (bought two by mistake on ebay - now i gotta sell one on again - for the same price tho)

Let me kno ASAP as I'll be puttin it up on Ebay next week.
PayPal for payments most likely unless you can pick up. In London area.

£100 sterling =
148.509 EUR
$186.200 USD

£375 streling =
556.907 EUR
$698.250 USD
...according to www.xe.com at time of edit

Hah! I did some testing on that, ya know what? One of my sync station's stopped charging the p800, however if I took the charger plug and directly plugged it in, it worked! so I unplugged the power and the USB cord, waited a minute. Plugged it all back in, but this time made sure the power plug was facing right cord down on the wall socket (doesnt really matter, it converts AC to DC and has no polarity specifics, so it can be plugged in either way) Anyway after that it worked no problem. Does yours do the same thing?

Hope this helps ya!

Im mostly in central London nr. Tower Bridge, other than that I'll be in Hayes, Mddx.

Ive tried everything mate. Different charges, different batteries etc etc. Its the recharge circuit it must be. There mustve been some kind of power surge to it or something.

Cheers for any help.
