I just bought the T630 unlocked from Germany, but I also need Hebrew Support. I can't find anyone who can help me on the subject.

There definitely IS Hebrew support.
You will have to get the phone flashed with the EMEA5 region firmware, which includes the English, French, Arabic, Persian, Hebrew and Russian languages.
www.cellular-support.com is a good site for info on doing this yourself.

What does it depend on if the phones have Hebrew or not, since there are many that do, like the t68i?
