Hi I have got a T610 and the screen savers I have got run in stages and are jerky. On my mates T610 they are fine ???

Do you think it is the software that is installed on my phone.

How can I check what the current software is to date and which one i on my phone. I can access the service menu but not sure what code I am looking for.

thanks

Neil

no, it was the same for me. I had an early T610 (week 17 or 18) and a week 28 T610 and the speed difference of the screen savers etc was quite dramatic even when they both had the same firmware.

As I mentioned, even having the same (latest) firmware made no diff so I'd guess you're stuck with it

Damn it, looks like I will have to upgrade to the T630 because it is going to bug me now lol

EDIT:

Does any one know what the lastest software is so I can at least check how old mine is. Also can you find out what wk the phone was built in ???

The codes I have found are R1A081 and then it goes into prgcxc etc etc.

That´s the oldest fw there is. The production week you´ll find in the battery ´holder´ e.g. 03w..

You can try transfer back your screensaver to PC then back to your T610 again, you will see the speed differences !!!
