I'm wondering is there any function for battery vibrating on P900 like Nokia?

I don't quite know what "battery vibrating" is all about, but the P900 itself is able to vibrate which I assume is what you require...
On your phone...
1)Make sure phone is on (obviously)
2)Open the flip (if you have it stuck on that is)
3)Press the little speaker like image found towards the bottom right of the screen, on the bar which also contains the battery indicator and clock..
4)You are then greeted with the option to control when the phone vibrates, being during silent mode, "On", or "Off"

The p900 will not give a vibrating alert when the battery is low. Only an audible one.

Unless the red light is flashing, it will still vibrate.
As for the "Nokia vibrate": This was back in the day of the 6150. The phones didn't have a built-in vibrator, you had to buy a special battery. When that thing went off it sounded like you were at the dentist.

Buying a battery for a vibrator...

Seriously, I do remember these now... how ingenious... like strapping a jack hammer to yer phone... quite fitting for a nokia though...
