Is it posibble? How do you do it? I have som startup/shutdown videos, but I dont know where to put them.

Sadly you can't. P900 is different then P800 and the necessary files are on A drive.. There is a tread about this somewhere....

As far as I understand it - If your phone is branded (Vodafone, orange whatever) your Startup/Shutdown vids and sounds are kept on the A: ROM drive, in 'sysdata'. The OS will check here first and then look on the C: in the same folder.
So the answer is, if your phone is branded, your stuffed. As you can no-longer unbrand a phone by 'hacking' because of the IMEI checking down by SE's firmware upgrader.
The good news, of course is, if it's unbranded, just replace the files in C:\sysdata
