Dear All,

I met a mysterious event on my z600.

2 weeks ago, I was trying to show off the polyphonic ringtones of my z600 in my office. I dialed my mobile number through my office phone stationed on my desk. However, mysteriously, I wasn't able to connect to my z600 although the reception indicators on z600 were full. I tried several times without any success. I'm sure it's not the problem of the operation bases around my office.

I powered off the z600 and then turned it on again. This time I got connected alone with the laughs from my officemates.......

I'm wondering....
1. any of Z600 users here had met the same problem?
2. any way to resolve above matter?

I have never encountered the same problem since then but it does make me paranoid, I don't know when I would drop an important call.....

The suggestion from the service center was to upgrade the firmware. So I did it.

Anyway, please feel free to input your comments.

Thanks!!!

Hej, indeed an upgrade is always helpful, but sometimes u can b unconnected even d signal shows d opposite. It happens me sometimes by using gprs. D best way 2 turn off and on d fone and i am again online. Even d gprs indicator is full when i have no access. Its a net prob mostly. This message was posted from a R520
