Hope you guys can help.

I live in the West Midlands area of the UK, and I've just bought a nice, new SE P900. Although I got it at a decent price, it still dented the wallet quite a bit, so I'm looking to protect my investment.

My question is, who would you recommend I go to for mobile phone insurance in my area? The phone wasn't bought through one of the networks, so I can't go to my operator; it was bought through a work colleague who has a family member who owns a phone shop.

Any suggestions?

Link is a rip-off!

I had insurance with them a long time ago, broke the screen on my 3210 and had to pay an extra £25 to the link (every time you make a claim you have to pay this)

Found out a screen for this only costs about £10.... What a rip off its not like it's even hard to change a screen on the old 3210!

I too am in the west mids with a new p900.. I contacted cusc but they don't get cover p900's.. I went with www.2u.co.uk in the end, the chap I spoke to (gavin i think his name was) was very helpful - we spoke for over half an hour with me asking questions about the policy..

Excellent service, I would recommend
