I should hope you won't kill yourself waiting for a new phone. Especially as you already seem to have 4,906,156 phones.

It should be ready for Telia's 3G network (Sweden) in this quarter. That means end of march. They are just finnishing the final adjustments for the network according to the CEO. They took a bit longer than expected but it is the Z1010 which they will put the most effort on. (read: the other phones are so very bad that we don't have any choise)

Speaking to somone who work's at Sony UK (not SE, but has close ties), reckons we wont see it in the UK for a while yet, however word is that 3, O2, Voda are interested in supporting it in eith 3G or 2.5G form, and preliminary work with orange is currently underway (allthough he reckons that was trialing some of there 3G functionality in labs). So we will get it but dont hold your breath

tmob has 3g available.
also,
"The Z1010 is currently shipping to operators for interoperability testing (IOT), and will - pending completion of IOT in Q2 - see full commercial availability to support operator launch programmes during the second half of 2003."
i got this from
this site. it's dated the 17th. that's the most recent info i've seen yet.
