> T68m, LCD and dust?

When my screensaver (the clock) comes on i can notice some small white dots in my display. I think it is dust. Is this an issue i can take up with my SC? I dont like this! I paid a lot of money for the phone and i have never had this problem with a phone before.
I have another problem that my phone turns of now and then, and that shouldnt be to hard to talk to the SC and get fixed?
Hope you understand what im after? I want a new T68! Preferably a T68m, but a would be saticfied with a T68i.
Can i get i new phone with one of these issues??

If you do a normal software upgrade you wont lose anything. (I've done it) but if you mean the ''i=>m-conversion'' you will lose everything that you have saved at your phone, it will be totally reseted. This is because you change to a completly different file-system when you do this upgrade. So if I understood you right you've got the T68i, so just go and upgrade your soft-ware, you will not lose anything you've saved. I'm sure!

If you do'nt want to leave your phone to SC once a month, I think you've got two alternatives, keep the dust or clean it by yourself. (its easy to fix by yourself) (sorry for posting the post about sw in wrong thread, the menues are so damn slow, so sometimes things like that happens, I find it so fu**ing annoying)

They clean the LCD thouroughly whenever I give them my phone for the software upgrade. I believe the SC will clean it for u for free too.

ejasim: yeah, of course. I haven't had any complaints from them till date. All of their services have been satisfactory. Didya know dat they cleaned my screen and then came to me and told me that, here take ur phone-we fixed it and cleaned ur screen too
