My Dad just got an E700. Whenever he receives a phone call, the number nor name doesn't register, but appears as anonymous.. I tried calling him, but still the same...
Any help please.. thanks

check with ya service provider, if u want caller number appear on ya phone, please subscribe CLIP.

without this service from ya service provider, u couldn't view any number from any caller.
withheld = CLIR(Caller Line Identification Restriction)
with this service u ya number will be able to hide out ya mobile no. from any caller u call and it show "withheld" in ericsson phone or in most phone called "private number". but CLIR do not have effect on SMS, MMS.
