Hi friends,

I would like to share this with you.

Using the Active webcam sw from PY software I have been able to establish a webcam over wap. You need to scale the picture to the rigth size and adjust the jpg quality to about 50% but the it works as long as the jpg file is under 3k (some wap limitations I think). Now I will setup the motion detection and see if I can find an email address that forwards the email to sms. If I succed I will be able to see if somebody opens the front door at home were ever I am! Like to hear if somebody else has worked along this line. The picture quality is not perfect (logitech quickcam vc usb) but it is okay and better than I expected. By the way should it not be possible to use bmp pictures in the t68m? Or does anybody know how to convert the jpg to gif before the ftp transfer (has to be automatic of course).

it's a testing site now so features are limited but it's free..
it's located in canada so not sure if it'll work for you guys.
