What does these programs do? are they availible at my-symbian.com?
puTTY is a SSH-client for connecting to other computers using that protocol. such as connecting and running commands on a unix/linux database server running mySQL

Handy Day 2004 is a PIM and is available from Handango (among others).
jZip is a Zip file ‘unzipper‘

I really liked Tracker, but my battery didn't - I was having to charge every day while I had it running.
HandyDay isn't quite so slick, but it does the job nicely with no impact on standby times. That's the one I'd include.
