ok. my trial period is over and it's time to buy. don't know when aquacalendar is going to release v1.5 with bugs fixed, so I am going to have to go with handy day unless anyone has any other agenda programs worth a look
Anyone have any comments / suggestions?

Handy Day 2004 is superb. It is far superior to the trial version that you get on the P900 software disk. You can now have multiple desktops with shortcuts to applications, contacts, videos, pictures, messages, even phone calls. You name it, and you can make a shortcut for it. Its got week views and three day views for all your contacts and tasks (and they are presented very well). Its got an applictaion switcher for active applications that sits at the bottom of your screen whenever handy day is not in the foreground. Its got a whole bunch of other features that you will really like as well. I actually use it as a main shell application to organise all my appointments, tasks, applications, contacts. Its almost like an alternate GUI for me. Believe me, buy this. It will be money very well spent.
