I have tried Jog dial up * Jog dial down Jog dial down * Jog dial down * but nothing seems to be coming out....

Bluetooth

Organiser

That short cut should work. Make sure you are turning the jog dial only one step every time. Open and close the flip before doing it so you are on the default position to start with.

After format the phone is fully functional like when you bought it, but nothing is left from what you've put on it. OS, built-in progs, basic media files stay there.
