Read the manual...

Failing that you could take a hammer to it i suppose

BE CAREFUL!!!!!!! I did what it said on that little piece of paper, and when I went to use my stylus as it said, I broke the stylus! Another word of advice, do not use anything metallic. I have scratched up the bottom very badly on my P900. Don't attempt to do this with anger. You may eventually throw it against the wall. After the first time, it is pretty easy. Just make sure you complete the step about pushing in that little hole first, or you will do cosmetic damage to your phone.

I just can't see it working well without the flip anyway, the virtual flip on the p900 is cack becasue the real flip actually covers part of the phone below the screen.

This is why the virtual keypad is so small and squashed, it's even worse than the P800s virtual keypad.

I'm gonna keep the flip on for the moment, much faster to text with

lol, sorry but you guys serious??

anyways, got my phone 2 days ago, took my flip off an hour after i got the phone and been using it flipless ever since.. still need practice with the handrecognition writing though..

but taking out the flip was really easy! used the stylus and had no problems.. maybe they provide the extra stylus for those who break theirs while taking off their flips.. heh

Keep the flip on....otherwise buy a PDA like the Ipaq. It also provides some protection to the screen too"

when i took off the flip, my stylus did not break. but, the hole got bigger like a tiny piece was chipped off. and when i returned the flip, it was kinda disaligned. just my experienced. This message was posted from a P900

yeah, got it! i guess it was a bit stiff as its new. put it back on after an hour, prefer it with the flip for all of the above reasons

I have had the flip off since got my p900 at the begining of the month. Texting is real quick once you get the hang of the recognition thing.
