Hi,
Does anyone know how remote sync works using GPRS on the P900
I have spoken to Sony Ericsson direct but even they don't have much advice to offer!
I'm under the impression that remote sync is achieved by using the syncml program installed on the phone but there is little if any details on how it connects to a server.
Could it be achieved by using a standard VPN?
Any advice would be appreciated!!!
Thanks
Luke

I think your network need to support this to use it. They have to provide access to a remote server. I may be completely wrong here

That's kind of what I figured but it's proving difficult to find how to configure the server to support syncml.
Problem is that I work for the Network Admin Depart in my company and none of my colleagues know how to set it up either.
But thanks for the post. It confirms what I was thinking!

Hi LukeH and all!
I'm having the exact same dilemma as you are...
I have Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 with Outlook Mobile Access but i don't know how to access it on the P900 to sync calendars.
Any ideas?
